Our Story
C&S Demolition was founded in 2010 in Southern California with a simple mission: deliver professional demolition services that homeowners and contractors could actually trust. Before starting the company, our founder Tony spent years in the construction trades, working on everything from residential additions to commercial buildouts — and watching too many demolition crews leave messes, skip permits, and disappear before cleanup.
That hands-on background shaped how we operate. Every project starts with a free on-site estimate so we can assess the full scope — not guess over the phone. We pull every required permit, coordinate with utility companies before breaking ground, and treat every job site as if it's our own property.
Today, C&S Demolition serves 123+ cities across Los Angeles, Orange County, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties with a team of 15 licensed, insured professionals. We handle everything from single-room interior teardowns to full structural demolition on commercial properties up to 10,000 sq ft.
